Configuring Respond in ZOLL Online
You can make Respond configuration changes in ZOLL Online instead of ZDMC. If you became a ZOLL Respond user at or after release 8.0, this functionality will be enabled by the ZOLL Onboarding team. If you were an existing customer before release 8.0, call ZOLL Support to enable this feature.
Notes:

After this functionality is enabled, perform all your changes in ZOLL Online and not in ZDMC. While changes made in ZOLL Online will display and be stored in ZDMC, changes made in ZDMC will not be reflected in ZOLL Online.

If for any reason you want to return to using ZDMC instead of ZOLL Online, call ZOLL Support to turn off this functionality.
Making changes in ZOLL Online

On the Respond Navigation Bar, click Company Settings.

Scroll down to configure Dispatch Configuration, Client Features, Geofencing, Client Settings, Tuning Items, and Selectable Items. Be sure to click Save on the bottom of the page after any changes. Clicking Save pushes the changes to ZDMC. (click to enlarge image)
